We hit the ground running in 2012, with loads of surveys and heaps of pow-wow’s to get our creative juices flowing and brainstorm how we are going to give you a bigger, better experience this year. We want to create the ultimate online market research panel where you can voice your opinion, complete relevant online surveys and engage with one another – and you guys are helping us every step of the way.
Last year we sent out a newsletter with a Poll, asking you to tell us what you want to see more of in the new year. This type of information helps us a lot (while we often try to come up with interesting campaigns and promotions, we have to know what you are interested in to keep you intrigued).
According to the poll, online panel members want to see more surveys and more feedback about surveys. You also want to know how companies have responded to your feedback and input (which is understandable – if you’re giving them honest opinions and advice, you want to know if they’re taking note).
Panel members also feel that a number of companies, most notably cell phone companies, health care providers and Government institutions, would benefit from this type of feedback. We couldn’t agree more.
The “What You Told Us” section of our newsletter does deliver the type of feedback you’re asking for, but we’re going to focus on including more of these types of articles in future newsletters.
